| Step-by-step instructions on adding individual courses into the ONE catalog |

1. Upon pressing the "Add Course" button from the Main Menu, a data entry web page will show.
2. Fields in bold are required. Some fields allow more than one selection. If using a PC, multiple selections can be made by pressing CTRL key while choosing selections. If using a MAC, use the Apple key instead of the CTRL key. 3. Upon inserting field data, press the submit button. If there are errors in the data (such as required fields not filled in or selected or special characters in number fields), then an error page will list the error(s). Click on "Back to Form to Fix Errors". This will bring you back to the add page prefilled with the same data as was submitted for insert into the holding area. You will need to resolve errors (such as missing data or incorrect data) prior to resubmitting. 4. A success page will show upon submitting error-free course information. 5. Verify the information for the course by clicking on the course title in "Edit/Delete/Courses" or by searching for the course in the "Search Option" box of add/edit/delete and then clicking on the course title link in the "Edit/Delete Courses" area. |
