| General submission recommendations: Submit course data to ONE at the same time that term course offerings are finalized at your institution. This may be from 1.5 months to 4 months prior to the beginning of a term. The institution may choose to submit any number of terms. The system will not display or search courses 2 or more term in the past. Terms are defined as: Fall: December 19 through March 13 Winter: March 14 through June 3 Spring: June 4 through September 8 Summer: September 9 through December 18 |
